It's a mistake to think that every release is going to appeal to all players.
If they don't entice you then simply skip it.

I'm sure Josh Bell will have some insanely overinflated stats that'll make him an attractive switch hitter.

I know Josh Bell isn't a super exciting name, but I always liked him when he was on the Pirates. Once the Marlins got him, you find out that he seems like one of the really good guys in the league. Not exciting per se, but I'm sure he has tons of fans from any organization that he played for. At this point, he's played for a ton of them lol

Mode sucks and all, but why are we still doing ballin packs here? With the massive amount of players needing updated cards, or theme team holes, its ridiculous to not have cards for the rare reward.

I don't even play the mode and the decision to stick with Ballin' packs as a rare round seems strange.

Jasson has been a Show favorite for years. He's a switch-hitting CF with speed/power and a really good swing.
I get you're not a Yankees fan, but it's not like they dropped a 99 Austin Slater.

What I dont understand is cards like Dominguez as well as the entire DQ mode, are there to give good players more ways to earn stubs. Yet those are the exact same players SDS is chasing to buy stubs in the first place. I really don't understand the game's direction at all this year.

I'm curious as to whether they're going to continue milking these switch hitters this hard in '26. Both from a content perspective and gameplay functionality, they've pushed that agenda hard this year.
