What happens if he doesn’t hit the 2 needed? Does that mean we only get the live series trout this year? Gotta believe they somehow pivot to add him but when? And how? November as an inning boss or on the XP path? New chase card?

They'll have 2 months from the end of the season to the "end" of Live Content, so they can always pivot to something else (Awards, All-Star, Signature, whatever) if need be.

He will get a card. If he hits 400 it will be that one and if not then maybe a finest or retro finest or maybe an awards card

Or you’ll get him in a chase pack for 500k at end of year.
