Who is the August retro lightning?
-
The hint is **** *******!
Four letter first name, 7 letter last name. Any guesses?
-
-
So far I’ve heard Bregman and Bagwell which also fits haha

I doubt it would be Howard because he just got a 99 Headliner, a 99 Piazza on the Mets would be nice.
Edit....
It can't be Piazza because he doesn't have 7 letters in his last name. My money is now on Bagwell
-
Bagwell won't work either because he doesn't have 7 letters in his last name
-
How do you spell Bagwell? That looks like 7 letters to me :).
Howard and Piazza? Not so much.
-
Mike Schmidt
-
Could be mike Cameron
-
Another name that fits is Mike Mussina, you know SDS would love to add another Yankee card
Mussina does not have a 99 yet, highest card that I know of is a 87
-
@samguenther1987_PSN
Yeah, but he’s a pitcher. SDS doesn’t like doing pitchers for monthly awards -

Mike Schmidt
He's not in the game this year
-
I've been voting Bregman since the beginning
-
Coming from a lifelong Astros fan....unless they totally rework his batting stance, please do not release a janky Bagwell card
-
Let this fuel your thoughts. At least you can eliminate Pitchers.
These are the attributes they teased

Lets see, two of the best hitting pitchers were
Mike Hampton
Zack Grienke

If thats true, that's going to be a very impressive card, I'm not saying it's not Bregman but 125 power on each side makes me think this could be Bagwell afterall. Possibly from his 2000 season where he batted 310. With 47 home runs and and a SLG of 815.
-
It's Gary Sanchez. Who is gonna run this card? Catcher is so loaded.
-
If we're going by nicknames, Nolan Ryan - aka Ryan Express. Pretty sure they did the same thing with Griffey.
