We're noticing some weirdness in the API. Specifically in throttle limits. Did something change about 19 hours ago?

Hi Jeremy, we were making some changes to the ACLs, and it ended up affecting the throttle limits. Everything should be back to normal now. Let us know if you’re still having any problems. Thanks!
