I'm a Braves fan so 2021 will always be my favorite, the only LS I've tried to complete and succeeded.
-
2021 and 2024 were the weakest in my opinion as the primary LS collection reward was a Legend who had been in the game for years already at that point.
2020, 2023, and this year have all offered three brand-new Legends which I think is a pretty big incentive.
-
@SakAttack87_PSN If your most important criteria is new legend, sure. I personally care more about the quality of the cards. By both criteria, this year takes the cake. All new legends, Beltran is still arguably the best player in the game while Clemens is still arguably the best pitcher.
-
I think we can all agree that last year was the worst

@GoozeFn_PSN
Only on higher difficulties is Clemens good. And Kershaw is a little better. -
@SakAttack87_PSN
Since I started playing DD in 2023, I've completed every LS collection and personally, I'd say this year since all 3 of the guys will probably be on my end-game God squad. However, if 24's AL NL rewards were 99s, I'd go with 24 since I just loved Babe Ruth too much. But, I guess this year is the best since I've played. -
@TheBigPapa55_PSN Not true at all. His stuff plays at every difficulty. In 59.1 online innings, I have an ERA of 1.52 and 91 k’s. The vast majority of my games are on All Star or lower.

@GoozeFn_PSN
Maybe it's just me, because, on All-Star, he gets absolutely [censored]. Thank God I'm climbed back to HOF. Now he's finally good (I was also left a 799 at one point). -
@virusts_XBL Babe was pretty great, but the AL and NL rewards were the worst I can remember. Making them 95’s was a terrible mistake, especially with seasons.
-
@TheBigPapa55_PSN Maybe. People are starting to hit him better after seeing a lot of him all year, but he’s still arguably the best. I’m still more comfortable using him than anyone else.
-
Not on this list but I freaking LOVED the live series collection 2020 prime Mickey Mantle. Best card I’ve ever used.
