They got to do something, at least in my opinion, to reign it in a little. We are still in July. We basically have 2 months left to go. If they give us perfect cards in every respect now then they will just get complaints every single release on how "None of these cards will even crack my lineup"
If I had to guess there are already people saying Acuna won't displace Bautista. You may not like Bautista but it is pretty safe to say that no RF will have better overall attributes this year. Ruth might have a little better hitting stats but probably won't have the fielding and speed of Bautista

@Dolenz_PSN Well, first I think it’s dumb that Jose Bautista got such a good card. Second, I don’t think the offense on the Acuña card is so good that they couldn’t give him even silver defense.

@yankblan_PSN it’s just a weird thing to do. You give a guy who’s not a Hall of Famer a Babe Ruth level card during the Hall of Fame ceremony drop. It just doesn’t make sense to me. He wasn’t that special of a player.

I get having an actual HOF player would've made more sense considering the day the collection dropped, but Bautista is a new featured Legend this year and he was one of the most feared power bats in the 2010s.

He did have an iso of just over .300 that year so it should be high power, but how are you going to differentiate Ruth and the years he had iso over .450.
Joey had an unbelievable year,but it wasn't anything close to Ruthian levels. -
I would love for them to do a rest and make stats over 100 special, but it will never happen. People love willi castro cards with ted Williams level contact attributes

@Dolenz_PSN I agree. They kind of just, well you know if you pour a drink and go too fast and splash all over the place, lol. Like an avalanche , we got:
99....99.....99....99's too fast, even a 98 who wears 99 in Spencer Strider in the Speedway Classic program, lol.
