It's been nearly two months since the game launched, and the bugs and glitches remain prevalent and unfixed. It's obvious that whatever code changes related to elevation have completely messed with the code to an extent that it clearly cannot be fixed in a reasonable timeframe.
So it's time to do the right thing and either admit it, issue some meaningful compensation (not meaningless digital currency), or simply state the team's commitment to a fully functional product as advertised next year.
Would LOVE to hear the logic behind this demand. Seriously, this sort of nonsensical ramble shouldn't even be here. Look, if this was an add on we needed to buy? Sure, I'd maybe get behind that banner. But it's a niche feature. A popular one, but a niche feature. Does it desperately need upgrading and extremely simple tweaking? Absolutely...but to demand monetary compensation is just...well I'm sorry but it's stupid. Absolutely asinine.
It doesn't matter if it's a niche feature or not; it simply doesn't work as advertised. That's an issue, especially two months after launch. I'm not sure which part of my statement you perceive as nonsensical rambling, but expecting a company to deliver a fully working, functional product, or deliver a statement as to why it can't be done, is not an unreasonable demand. Nor is asking for some level of compensation if the feature continues to not work.
I'm not sure where you think you can demand a monetary refund on a small niche portion of the game not working 100% correctly. I'm with you that it needs to be fixed...but throwing a tantrum and demanding a refund is just...again, asinine. I'd get asking for a 10 pack or something at most...but you're out to lunch for asking for a refund. Stupid post. Sorry kid, but it is.

@Sarge1387_PSN Oh, this would be an excellent thread for those who told us two and a half weeks ago that they were filing a class action lawsuit against SDS. They had promised us an update two Mondays ago on how to join their lawsuit. They haven't been seen nor heard from since. These people can definitely join that "lawsuit". I would love to hear back from them about how their lawyer accepted their version of "case law" and is progressing in their case against SDS.

There have been issues but you are being harsh. It's a great feature and it's a great game. It's frustrating but lawsuits and refunds are too much.

Yes, lock a thread simply because I stated an opinion you did not like. I didn't rant; I didn't belittle the development team. I simply expected more transparency regarding this mode. Some of the gatekeeping in this forum reminds me of X or Reddit, and that is unfortunate.

You're not finding an attorney who would take on this case. There is no legal merit to what you would claim. A more productive comment would be to focus on areas that SDS can improve, especially with regard to reported bugs.
If you really think the replies you have received here are from people manning the gates for SDS, then clearly you have not perused the threads. If you had done so, you would see dozens of recent threads and comments from us indicating many areas we think SDS needs to work on as well as many reported bugs that SDS have failed to address.

I said nothing about an attorney or filing legal action. I'm not sure how that got pulled out of thin air, but okay. I simply requested more transparency regarding a feature that I would like to be working two months after launch, and since it appears they can't fix it, I would expect some clarification. Yeah, perhaps compensation was a stretch, but clearly something needs to be addressed soon.

I'm not going to lock this thread... yet. But, I would like to see the conversation move in a more productive direction, and make sure we avoid moving into personal attacks, name-calling, etc..
Stadium Creator has obviously been a source of frustration so far this year and I've acknowledged that myself here on the forums many times. We're doing our best to communicate appropriate info and updates wherever necessary and will continue to.

If those in the game's production and development addressed this as you have, I certainly wouldn't be complaining. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they choose not to. I appreciate the feedback, though.

Lots of conversations happen everyday around a variety of issues and include members of various teams -- community, support, programming, QA, leadership, etc.
You can safely consider my acknowledgements, their acknowledgements and vice versa. There shouldn't necessarily be an expectation for various team members to acknowledge the same issue.
