How do you end a freeze off

Without taking an L . I'm winning 1 - 0 , we're in a freeze off . He won't quit .

Just quit and take the L. If playing coop send your opponents a game invite and if they accept they take the L. But I always just close out and play another, wastes too much time waiting for 1 win when you could play 5 games in the time someone decides to quit the one
