I've noticed many people quitting anytime i go up by four or more. I feel it would be better and prevent rage quitting if penalties were added.

Yeah, if you are playing ranked or BR isn't there already a penalty baked in? Either losing rating points in ranked or the ability to go 10-0 in BR?
