Imagine a baseball game in 2025 where the MVP and Multi generational talent is wearing generic batting gloves….. that’s mlb the show 25 for ya. Yall put the absolute minimum effort into this game. Even the smallest details that wouldn’t be too much to add like new Balance batting gloves, and batting gear. You do nothing for the graphics every year, you could at least give us some large Nike batting guard and the double strap Nike batting guard. Same with Jordan. And that Nike sleeve is awful. Haven’t seen anyone wear that thing since 2019. Hardly any new face scans this year. Stop abandoning the people who play this as a realistic baseball game. Not everyone hops online and plays against other people in that lame card game. You’re constantly updating the DD and dropping new content and programs for them. As far as the people who play it as a franchise and a realistic experience the game is almost dead. It’s literally the same game as last year besides u fixed the fielding so everyone isn’t a gold glover. Should’ve been fixed years ago. Oh and “ambush hitting” hardly a new feature lol. Please put some effort into making this game a little different. If the only thing ur gonna do for the graphics is face scans. Then give us some new face scans….stop recycling the same game over and over bc the DD players don’t mind. You’re ruining it for the rest of us.

I imagine if SDS tried to add New Balance batting gloves and batting gear without New Balance's permission, there'd be a pretty hefty lawsuit incoming. (I know NB has other equipment in the game, but that doesn't give them carte blanche rights to everything NB manufactures.)
Sometimes it's not SDS's fault. Sometimes it's the lawyers.
As far as the people who play it as a franchise and a realistic experience the game is almost dead.
Modes get the proportional level of care and development time as warranted. If people aren't putting their time into franchise (which they aren't), then why should SDS? An overwhelming majority of users put their time into RTTS and DD. Hence the companies focus on those modes.

I've been following that for months. People threatening to boycott the game because they can't move the bullpen lol. That's really why these people buy the game. To play dress up and build [censored].
Did you see the guy crying the other day because Garrett Crochets in game model has hair but apparently he shaved his head in real life? Totally makes the game unplayable.
