Nice try, Farris. Audio files don't take up that much space. I have my old Show games on PS3 backed up, and the audio files take up the least amount of space compared to every other file on the disc.

With the extra PA announcers, they literally tripled the amount of disc space needed.

And? Unless the process of recording audio has changed drastically, which it hasn't, we still aren't talking about a lot of space. Considering that real MLB players' names aren't accessible in the files but are said in-game, I'm going to have to guess that the audio team is just in over its head.
The PA announcers are a gimmick. Anyway, everyone wanted more player names, not new PA announcers.

In the past 3 years, the audio has been quite weak, actually the weakest area of the game, along with the graphics. Gameplay has remained solid, however.

There's a lot of names to get through, when they switched play by play it took 2 years to re add every name it might be the same with pa announcer.
I've noticed Alex says names the other 2 pa announcers don't.
