Will they add in a patch the rays playing at Steinbrenner field
-
I would doubt it, though I agree with folks making this complaint that it should have been done. What really galls me to no end is that SDS managed to render Stadium Creator almost totally unusable as even when someone can get a stadium to save properly and upload to the vault, people are reporting chronic issues with trying to download it.
If SDS would have put some well overdue TLC into SC since first released in MLB 21, then a legion of folks would have already created an excellent replica of Steinbrenner Field for folks to download and fix this oversight.
However, as it is, someone did hit the lottery and get it to work and did create a very nice replica -- one about as good as can be done in SC. So, if you can get the vault to work right, it's there for the downloading.

They added the field of dreams field late. Maybe they weren’t ready before launch and had to do research on the field then make it. So possible maybe.

@PriorFir4383355_XBL SDS has known since October, when both Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit in less than a two-week span near or in Tampa that Tropicana Field was not going to be ready to be opened again until at least 2026; but chose not to create Steinbrenner Field as a stadium for the Rays this year. To me, this is unacceptable since they had at least several months to do it, but chose to be lazy instead.

No SDS didn't find out until January that Tropicana Field wasn't going to be ready, before that the Rays were still holding out hope that it was going to be ready to play at but with no roof. January was too late for SDS to put their temporary home in. The Rays reached an agreement with the Yankees in January to play this season there

Again, I'm not disagreeing with this. It is a perfectly valid complaint.
