Never understood why each and every props in the stadiums that are already in the game (Bernies slide example ) are not available for our custom stadiums, I mean there already in the game !!!

There is a reason to this...they don't want people re-creating stadiums due to copyright protection or something I think.
What I would settle for is seating styles, moveable bullpens, and adjustable foul ground

Makes sense but yet doesn't...lol the license agreement must already be in place otherwise they wouldn't be in the game at all, plus we can't use it outside of the game anyway, but I see what your saying , it's bout the money I'm sure....lol

To use your example, the Brewers corporation feels quite strongly that you shouldn't be able to create a stadium where Bernie's slide dumps into a pile of [censored].

I think they may be genuinely afraid some of the creators like myself or Prior or Smonee or Alex would do a better rendition, personally.

There’s a yellow slide in there as a prop though. Yeah it’s not to the scale of the Brewers slide but it’s there. Like the Mets HR apple and the SF glove
