Face Scan not working

Every time i try to face scan, the process stalls when I try to open the camera after selecting Face Scan. I just get a loading circle that goes round and round. Have tried uninstall/reinstall, logging in and out and no luck.
I have a Motorola Edge 5G UW (2021)
Looks to be incompatibility between the software and hardware.
Any thoughts on when it might be fixed?

Howdy,
unfortunately we do not have a mobile device similar to the one you reported that we can test and debug. It is possible the Face Scan feature is exhausting the memory trying to load the library we use to process, or the permissions to access the camera are generating the error. At the moment, we don't have a viable solution to this problem!
