Continuous music?

I'm not seeing the Continuous Music option in settings. Sometimes I like letting the soundtrack keep going while I grind, would be a bummer if that's no longer an option.

It is terrible and I can't find a way to turn it off either. Really need this fixed because it is killing the vibe for me.

I think the two of you are talking about different things. To turn music off simply go into the jukebox and turn off the tracks you don't want to hear. Took me like a minute to disable them all. I still hear a snippet here and there but is does not play play while navigating the menus.

I just turn the volume all the way down in the settings.

@Dolenz_PSN I don't want "no" music during games. I want walkups. But it is playing nonstop from the menu music. And how do you even get to the jukebox this year?

The soundtrack is the absolute worst in franchise history.

@GoozeFn_PSN It is. But I figure out the problem I was having. If you play "Storylines" and then try to play any other game, it will keep playing the continuous music like it does in Storylines. You have to restart the game and it goes back to normal. Hopefully they fix that glitch.

From the main menu, go to settings in the upper right corner and scroll down to Jukebox. From there just start disabling tracks. That leaves the ambient stuff as is and just stops music in the menues themselves.

I am not sure I agree. When the soundtrack was released I went and sampled all of the tracks briefly. I found about a dozen tracks I thought were OK. Maybe not something I would listen to in the car but they did not make me want to rip my ears off my head. With the possible exception of the Teskey Brothers. I may need to check them out. I feel like the few years prior to this one were worse.
Now a large majority of it is absolute trash. 15 of the 38 songs have Explicit tags on Spotify and they had to use clean versions of those songs. Seems like a weird thing to me to have a game that is rated E for everyone and then choose explicit tracks (even cleaned up versions for the soundtrack)
I realize though that the soundtrack is not curated for a 60 year old white male from the midwest who grew up listening to classic 70's rock.

You guys are talking about the literal opposite problem of what I posted. I want the music to KEEP playing while I play, like it has been able to in previous games.

I'm looking for the same thing. I know what you're talking about, there was a toggle option called "Continuous music" in the last game where the music keeps playing in certain game modes. I like the soundtrack lol

Just use Apple Music or Spotify in the background on your console and you won’t have to listen to their awful soundtrack either. Win win win.
