Pre order on Xbox??

So I’m trying to pre order on Xbox series X but when I click it, itll say “see Xbox series x|s version” and it’ll take me the digital deluxe.

Don't know anything about Microsoft products; but is the Series X next gen?

I just logged into xbox.com with my ipad. There is a preorder button and right next to it you can choose the edition which has two options
