All OF an 2b and ss are easy , there's a ton of guys with those and secondary.
1b , 3b and catcher are the more difficult to fill. I think Bobby Witt can play 3rd . Not sure 1b and catcher tho .

Biggio, Daulton Varsho, Harry Ford, and Martin Dihigo are the only 90+ cards with primary or secondary C positions with over 85 speed with 92, 85, 89, and 88 respectively.

There are options. When i did my speed team for the Ohtani program I ended up with the following (all 99 SP and 99steal except where noted)

Bobby Witt Jr 3B
Darren Baker 2B
Biggio C (only 92 speed but 99 steal)
Corbin Carrol RF
Tyler Fitzgerald 1B (99 speed but 88 steal)
Victor Scott CF
Kellon Lindsey SS
