Ideas for 2025

SC needs some series upgrades and I have a few ideas(SDS will probably ignore us like always)
●wall customization(sponsors, HR border, scoreboard/videoboards, distances, etc
●logos on field(real and/or custom
●custom foul territory(even having presets would be nice
●customizable dugouts
●domed stadium option
●more grass designs(have designs real teams use also)
●matching infield and warning track dirt(no reason for the warning track to be mismatched)
●ability to rotate props in ALL directions including tilting props
●LESS ANIMAL PROPS(they're useless)
●better vault navigation similar to the logo and roster vaults
●being able to DELETE stadiums from our vaults
●show how many downloads a stadium has from the vault
●more concourse options. Give us more stone style concourses
●customizable backstops
●Light and scoreboard props from ALL 30 PARKS
●numbers in ALL FONTS. The wood looks so bad
●pillar props
●wall templates of real stadiums
●more water props
●make the wall the hard prop. I should be able to put props right on the wall
●batters eye should be connected to the wall like they are in real life
●smaller field level stands. Most modern parks don't have field level seating that big
●ability to hide the UI
●make the lights on the scoreboards that have them(like the Mets scoreboard) actually work -

Video boards in the wall would be sweet, and the HR border is something that never should have been omitted.

We've been clambering for this one for years...just give us even the fake minor league park foul ground dimensions. But I think the issue would be the stands not fitting right

Long overdue, we have artificial turf, but no retractable roofs.

Personally, this is a minor one for me, but I'd love it if they didn't take up different memory alotments

Not 100% certain how tilting them would actually work as far as practicality outside of the rock props, but I'm intrigued

yep, I'm struggling to understand why we got dinosaurs and kaiju instead of...useful stuff. The cows I don't mind for a small middle of nowhere type field in some hayseed town setting.

Yes, this is a cool one. I hate how it's standard round...what if I want a squared up backstop with grey stonework like at Nationals Park?

I agree, however I also see why they don't. They likely don't want people re-creating the current parks as that could lead to some sort of trademark or copyright issue.

This is something I've been pushing for...they already use that coding on the ground, so why not just use the same coding for the wall. This would make the wall actually auto trim the prop.

Absolutely, I hate the 10-20ft of deadspace between the wall and the eye itself, and then there's also the issue of not being able to attach anything to it either

Yeah I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought they were oversized

Yes, I agree with that...and also eliminate the block on place lights near or behind the eye...especially because more than a few MLB parks have them in those locations which I never understood SDS decision on that one

I agree with like all of this. All presents should be expanded on.
Also it would be nice to have different scoreboard presentations. Atleast add 3-5 next year and just keep adding 3-5 each year. In a few years we’d have a lot of fun options to choose from.
I really like the logos on the field idea. It would be nice to choose which one you’d like too, either hat/jersey/team logo. -

No, you can delete from your local console directory of 30 stadiums. But, once a stadium is uploaded to the vault, it remains unless SDS removes it from some reason they decide. In fact, this goes so far as to retain copies of a given stadium each and every time it is uploaded to the vault.
