Tomorrow's Fielding, Running, and possible Hitting/Pitching Update (Ex: Anthony Santander)
-
So we are getting an update tomorrow and I have always been interested in how people determine who is going up or down in attributes and overall. I am an Orioles fan so I found an interesting case to be Anthony Santander. Been hot the last 15 days and really hot the last week. From a power perspective he has 11 homers in the last 30 days, but his card already shows power. His an 81, does he go up or down and if so, what is your best guess as to where he lands and how did you determine that?
-
Hmm not tracking his card, but if he is a low 81 gold right now id guess he should be getting a bump tomorrow. Doesn't he have like something around 28 homeruns? Should get increase id think yea.
I got Skenes going diamond hopefully this time around, with Yelich as a possibility and Shota as a dark horse but doubtfull.

Yeah. It's weird how they account for everything. Especially relief pitchers. RP can be killing it but their tertiary stats that the super analytics look at aren't great so they go down instead of up. Drives me nuts.
And yeah, Skenes should absolutely be a diamond next update -
Aside from the extremely obvious ones like Paul Skenes and Teoscar Hernandez, they dropped the ball on this update. Lindor, Santander, Reynolds didn’t budge, in one of the more nonsensical ones Jose Berrios got dropped from gold to silver

Apparently fielding doesn't mean as much as many of us think.
Michael Siani who is a CF for the Cardinals went from a 67 fielding to a 94 fielding. That is a 27 point increase at a defense important position and his overall increased +1
An no, no other attributes were changed for him so that move from bronze fielding to high diamond fielding meant almost nothing.
That does not seem right

Its hilarious because SDS spent YEARS saying that the defensive attributes carried more weight that the hitting..It’s because they know who everyone was sitting on and it was about making sure as best they could, that people needed to rely on micro transactions for stubs.
Digressing…the two biggest WTF of this update are Lindor…how the h3ll did he not even get a bump? And Berrios dropping 3, but Kikuchi remained the same
