If the game makes a profit there is nothing for them to change or say. The game will need to quit being profitable to get a change or admission to its fall.

I think sets and seasons was improved this year , but content was worsen.
Not enough content. I agree that they are neglected offline users .
Someone posted that thay had a ton of layoffs , I don't know if that's true but it would explain lack of content. -

If a business can't handle the public they serve and their complaints then they shouldn't be in business. You've not worked retail or customer service it seems.
Rather immature of a business run by adults to spite it's player base because they say mean words in a forum the company owns..... -

The absolute worst thing to do is maintain silence in the face of public p1ssed-offedness.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X_PSN I understand but most, not all, are actual frustrations and issues with the game being voiced. No one at SDS should be harassed or mocked but them not helping or communicating makes these customers that much more upset.
SDS silence is very noticable. -
I was selling health products and I was giving free samples , but on this particular day I ran out of free samples and a lady comes in demanding I give her free samples like it says in the flyer . I politely told her I would have free samples I'm a couple of days when my orders come in . She kept insisting . I kicked her out . Called security to get her out of my store ( indoor swap meet).
Being rude gets you nowhere.
They say the squeaky wheel gets the oil, what they fail to mention is that the squeaky wheel also gets replaced. -
"I used to work in customer service" is not a point, really.
The degree of satisfaction varies widely from individual to individual based on what their expectations and gaming habits are.
You're not at GE fielding calls because the fridge broke... Unless there's a massive failure, it's in their best interest not to engage and/or feed the trolls.
