Robbed of a Home Run

I literally was robbed of a home run by SDS. I was playing the Acuna Jr moment in the Architect Program. I played the moment for about a hour and accumulated about a thousand XP because I couldn’t get the ball to go over the wall. I finally hit the home run and the system goes into update/ download mode. I did the 12 update. After the update, I went back into diamond dynasty to see if I got credit for my Acuna Home Run, and in return, I got a slap in the face. Now, I probably have to play this moment again for another hour hoping to achieve the goal. Honestly, I think SDS needs to take some accountability for this mistake or programming error . I’m so frustrated.

Or when it's close to a scheduled; you don't play.

They told us they were doing an update via social media and they always have a timer in game to let us know when they're shutting the servers down. How are they supposed to be held accountable for YOUR screw up?
