Stadium sounds should not be gated

A DD player shouldn't have to play franchise or rtts to get the most out of their favorite mode and in that same way, I as a franchise and rtts player should not have to play DD just to get the stadium sounds I want. Even if the sounds cost extra stubs I should be able to purchase it and not have to leave the modes I wanna play in order to have them

Also stadium sounds should only activate in your home stadium and the specific mode you're playing in. I shouldn't hear my sounds in away games and if I'm using it in a franchise mode stadium, I shouldn't hear those same sounds in my rtts
