    I don't play against other people. I just grind DD against the CPU. All star, directional hitting hitting with pulse pitching.

    I don't remember any year playing with these settings where I've whiffed on pitches with hitters that have great contact and vision on "good swing timing" more than any year than this. This is more annoying than the perfect perfect for outs. At least the perfect perfect is contact.

    The flip side...

    Pitching wise, the awful hitters foul ball frequency is ridiculous. Worse than other years. If I'm going against a diamond card, cool. I can see them fouling off pitches. Great hitters will do that. Terrible hitters though....I don't need strike outs, just put the ball in play like they would in real life. With rolled over soft contact, and lazy flyballs. It's beyond ridiculous with foul balls this year.

    Also, the Homerun frequency with homers by the CPU on 2 strike counts this year. I give up about 1 homer a game on 2 strike counts. No joke. No matter the placement. Inside, outside, down low, up high.....

    @JoeSelser

    I'm ok with whiffing, especially when I have good timing and just misjudge the break

    The foul balls need to seriously be toned down. One of the things I like doing is hard inside, then going with a change up down and away for my putout, especially in RTTS. The amount of times I keep going further and further out and they keep fouling off...I swear I feel my blood pressure rising lol.

    The 2 strike HR I've just learned to accept. 99% of the time they're on pitches that have no business producing anything other than dribblers to the mound let alone dingers
