Alternate uniforms

I have a quick question. Do all current alternates get added eventually? The rangers have worn a baby blue one a couple of times this year (not the throwback) and it still hasn’t been added. Any help is appreciated

Don't know about all,but they continue adding unis throughout the year,we will probably end up with twice the amount we have now(maybe triple)

They gotta put something in upcoming Headliner packs, future TA releases, etc.
