Question why offline only players like myself gets treated differently ?

I have a valid question here why do offline players like myself gets treated like differently when it comes to getting actual valid help but yet get either ignored or treated differently just because everyone thinks online is more important than the offline players I mainly play only franchise mode cause I really don't like playing online cause of what happened to me and most likely others as well as for me I got hacked playing my GTA 5 on PC and Xbox one and Xbox 360 and playing Madden as well other sports games cause that's what I normally play but anyways why the treatment towards players like myself who mainly play offline only so with that said so players like myself not allowed any help at all?

Wow so there the policing of a posts now smdh and yet this doesn't answer anything of my questions this is why I asked this question and don't say go to franchise cause the questions I ask are general questions that I would like answers to not be policed over how I write a post and FYI I can only do so much with a broken screen on my phone

I think you’ll get more help if you use better sentence structure. It’s hard to follow along when it’s one big jumbled mess like what’s above.

Maybe just humor some of the advice you are given and give it a shot, instead of stomping your feet and coming up with the woe is me excuses.
Obviously posting mode specific questions in general is not working, perhaps trying to post in the forum that your question is mainly relevant too would produce your desired results. Unless what you’ve been receiving is your actual goal -

Sorry for being like this but as I said I seen the other areas to post in there are questions and other stuff that hasn't been answered in what almost 2 weeks in on I saw so by posting in franchise I have to wait two full weeks just to get a answer?

Ok, let me take a shot at this lol. Are you asking about offline modes like rtts, franchise, march to October? Or dd offline? Because the way you type it out it made it sound like you are asking about everything and anything in the game if that makes sense. Like the guy said above me you got to be more specific about asking a question on here or you are going to get eating alive on this forum lol. All I'm trying to do is help out a little bit if I can.

@theBlindRhino sometimes wild and domestic animals need guidance in there life and in big cities at times. This forum and community already has enough toxic player, trolls jobs and complaining as it is. And I don't think helping someone or wild animals will not hurt and make the world and community a bit better don't you think.

I'm convinced this guy is trolling. If you (he) used some structure he'd get more advice. That's probably the root of his issues. Immediately get's disregarded when glanced over and there's a 500 word run on sentence.

@BLAISEBLAISE I would argue avoiding putting it in the ideal sub-forum related to the issue in question is an even larger part of it. But, yes, punctuation is more than simple grammar. It's true design is to make the written sentences far easier to read and comprehend.
Why someone would string together a block of words in a paragraph without taking the basic time to structure it makes one wonder. You may be right. His whole modus operandi may be to troll.
