@jluv0423 having core series cards will definitely help build a lineup yes. There will be a team Affinity at season 2 launch to help start adding cards as well.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN @Billypic5_MLBTS I guess I just figured out how team affinity works.....I think I'm gonna sell off my top DD players to rack up on live players to start completing team affinity season 1. Would that be dumb to do?

I don't ever do player exchanges in TA you spend all your stubs on players that your not gonna see anymore so it's pointless

What's your approach as the season gets closer? Im really not sure what the gameplay should be.
According to the Launch stream, you'll be able to earn Wildcard slots so you can still use Set 1 cards in Set 2. How you earn them has not been announced.

Probably in the season 2 XP path with the 1st one being at 1 million just like the bosses now in season 1

You earn them on the XP path of Season 2 and future seasons.

Honestly you have to make a decision...if you want Babe Ruth...then sell everything you get that isnt live series. and start plugging away. Also for diamonds i always sold my diamonds i got even if i needed them and then repurchased them at the lower price. Can usually bank 500 and above stubs. Bottomline, i just got Babe yesterday. I spent nothing on the game but i bought the Digital Deluxe edition. I play a lot, but with diamond pulls it seems nerfed (or at least the worst pack luck i have seen) and the ability to earn stubs, it takes a while to bank the allotted stubs. If Babe isnt a big deal, then play the game if you play it you'll earn everything you want.
