No Reward?

Just completed Jose Mendez story line and didn't receive any of the rewards. Anybody else run into this?
I'll do the Doby one now and see if it happens again...

Doing Doby now, took picture of rewards to earn...we'll see...

I finished them and have the cards. Maybe restart the game and check your inventory?

Maybe instead of flash sales we could get a playable game.

@BJDUBBYAH I have the card of Mendez, just not the other rewards that were supposed to accompany. Already tried the restart method.

Same for me just came here to see if anyone else had the same issue. I completed the new storylines and have the player cards but all the rewards are missing and their storylines have disappeared from the menu. Tried restarting game and tried my console and they are still missing. Glad I’m not the only one.

Completed Doby...got the card, still no other rewards to accompany. And his storyline has vanished like Mendez's.
Update - at least Ruppert Stadium did show up from Day storyline

Just updating...
Placed "help" ticket, 4/6, in hopes of being resolved. Hopefully it'll help all of us that had this issue.

Yeah. I put one in as soon as I noticed back on the 5th. No response so far.

I have the same problem. Got the cards but none of the other rewards. Submitted a ticket about it

I have still yet to get the Captain after finishing.

Just wanted to pop back in here and say they have gotten to my ticket and given me the missing packs I was missing from the 2nd storylines drop. I put my ticket in a few hours after the drop, since I did the 2nd set of storylines as soon as it dropped.

That's why I came back and updated everyone, if they just got to me, maybe there is hope for all.

Just got my Mendez rewards too.
You all think they actually fixed the bug and I can play the other Storylines now?
