Having trouble accessing my MLB 24 Dashboard here on the website

I'm having trouble trying to access the website Dashboard. When I try to access the page I'm redirected to the url https://mlb24.theshow.com/errors/mlb24_unauthorized_user_error with the message error: An error occurred!
Access is denied due to invalid user token.I have tried contacting support but all they do is asking me to try to link or unlink my account and linking it again. Of course I had it linked before and tried all that, but still nothing solved...

Apparently you never solved it for those people, so I guess I have little hope on having this solved.

Just as a curiosity, have you tried using your MLBTS account (not PS, XBox, or NiN) to get to your dashboard? That will give you an overview and status of your other account(s).

@Blind_Bleeder I feel like I have tried everything at this point. I mainly used my MLBTS account on The Show 23 and it worked just fine, but it doesn't work now for 24 and even for 23 it stopped working. I have tried with xbox unlinked, I have tried with it linked back again. I have tried on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox). I have tried using a VPN. I even tried using my smartphone and another computer. I have tried using just the Xbox account. Nothing seems to work.

Have you updated the app to the new version. I know that sounds absurd since you’re talking about the web browser but the same thing happened to me after I updated so I tried clearing my cookies and cache and it started working. Hope it works for you

I am having the same issue. If i log in using my PSN account, i can see the dashboard. If i login using my MLBTS account, i get the error message from above.
I am also not able to authenticate via the API using EITHER account.

To access the game dashboards (mlb24.theshow.com/dashboard, mlb23.theshow.com/dashboard, etc), you will need to be logged in with your console account.
We have restricted MLB The Show Accounts from accessing game dashboards.
