lost diamond dynasty progress

i lost all my diamond dynasty progress and stubs. not to mention all the players i gained from the packs. i was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same thing. i emailed TheShow people with no response. i really don’t want to start all over so it to happen again.

how would you know if this was done. i still have all information and my RTTS progress is still in tact -
@eSP3NC3 same think happened to me due to twitch drops. I did all of the "recommended" steps, then when i was able to login into my account again, everything was gone. Progress, stubs, packs, Deluxe edition content, everything. I submitted a ticket, now there is a waiting game to see if there is a resolution.

Have you guys that have lost all your stuff logged into your MLBTS (not PS, XBox, or Switch accounts) at theshow.com and looked at what accounts are linked? If there are any, unlink everything, log out, and then log into the account you’ve been playing on (PS, XBox, or Switch). Then go to the the Inventory link (still on the web - not the app) and do a search with the filter Owned. Then click on the Community Market to see how many stubs you have.
If stuff is still missing, make sure you include that in your tickets.

I've noticed that I have a "other" platform thing now on my profile page when it comes to my stubs, which is interesting considering I only play on my ps5

something happened to mine last night. console message says “you’ve been disconnected from the show online”. all my stubs are gone and I can’t do anything online. MLBTS account still shows linked but I get an error message when I try to access my stuff thru the website. any ideas?

This just happened to me today and I lost all of my cards my stubs I mailed SDS I really hope I don’t have to start over

@Shaftdagod4hunna something must have just happened to the servers. same exact thing just happened to me. I was in MTO. When I exited the game I was in, I got a ton of network errors. When I tried to enter DD to reconnect, it made me re-initialize my team. Starting over from uniforms, tutorials, everything. My account was wiped totally clean it seems. I closed and reopened the app and it made me agree to the code of conduct again and gave me the rewards you get the first time ever booting up the game.

This just happened to me as well, of course after I pull Trout.. I have nothing, I am going to try the above mentioned but SDS needs to address this asap this is major and a bit concerning. I am not willing to start all over..

Same thing happened to me about half hour ago. Game froze. I dashed and reloaded to nothing. But all my stuff still shows in the app. So I don’t know. Waiting on a response from support.

One more to this "lost all progress" party. It was working about 6pm, I just got home and everything is gone
