Face Scan problem

Anyone have the problem when u try to do the face scan, the App show you a message it said:
“ An error occurred while initializing the camera. Please try reloading the app or restarting your mobile device”. I try and still not working.

I kept getting that many times, but when it did work it had an issue with my beard. Do you have facial hair?

This is usually due to incorrect permissions or a lack of memory (rare), but it could be due to the hardware/software. Can you list your device model and OS version?

@Manu__SDS found the problem, is my camera of Face ID dont work the hardware.
