One of the issues that have plagued Game Logs on the website in the past are still occuring, and just wondering if anything can be done to fix this.
Luckily and finally! I think I have recognized some of the issues and what causes them.
I have some Game Logs that are broken:

I jumped from my living room Xbox to my bedroom Xbox to grind. Long story short, my living room Xbox is attached to my gaming monitor. I use it for competitive play. When I want to just grind, I do it on my bedroom Xbox, comfy in bed on Rookie/Veteran on my TV.I noticed anything done on that second Xbox is causing this issue.
Other than carrying my Xbox to the bedroom, is there any way to fix this?
Appreciate your time, this game is the best launched yet and super addictive! I just want to be able to see my games after the fact.

Bumping to see if I can get an update. I can tell you pushed some new code today but these are still broken. Almost half of my games are completely unviewable.

Has there been any progress on this? i just tried the API and i can Roster Update and Listings, but Game History returns a 200 OK, but nothing in the "game_history" array.

@NiteLordz there's an API for game logs?!

I want this to work, so i can throw AI at it and have it summarize the Game Log like a highlight

@Tim_SDS - I was one of the people whose accounts got desynced during your day from hell last week lol
My game history now shows empty, including the links you provided above.
I assume any accounts that had that issue are going through this.
Any hotfix available for it?

@Tim_SDS_PSN as an update to this, we've attempted querying a few guys (with their permissions)
There's two issues we're facing:

We don't control what account their logged into on your site. So for example if a guy is logged in on PSN, and attempts to grab his game data, but his universal profile is MLBTS, and the username doesn't match, we can't grab it. Is it possible to have some sort of override similar to universal profile where we submit, for example, "psn and tom123" but his game logs appear on his connected "mlbts and tom.b.223" that they get served regardless?

The issue still persists on my account and any other account affected by the outage last week.

How does this happen? How can such a minor issue be addressed so well but the major issues that people complain about daily is just crickets? Is it the smoke blowing? Is this really what communication to SDS devs looks like? Flirtatious comments and game logs? What game did I buy?

I mean if we are being fair at least you got a response but yeah few and far between with this company.
