Would be nice if they could somehow be assigned to one of the MLB teams to get TA xp and credit. Could go by city or other affiliations. I want to use them since I have all of them (from the packs), but it’s difficult to make that decision while grinding so long for TA and the other programs. I think it’s a big oversight. Surely there’s a creative way to make it work.

100% Agree. Approximately 3,400 players played in the Negro Leagues from 1920-1948. Limiting a full year season to just 8-10 players seems a bit "low" for sure. There were SO many solid negro league players, that you could have another 15 years with the GREAT players, and create a team affinity of Negro League Players with many of the very good lesser know players, and have people learn about those great men as well at the same time, Ramone did a great job with the content on this, all this would do in improve it even more!

@BurgerChef7077 I kind of like it in smaller chunks. I think I retained a lot of what I learned through Storylines and through playing with their cards in 23. If there were, say, 20 or more new players introduced, it would be difficult to remember who played where and was famous for what.

I like to think of myself as a well-rounded baseball fan, but I am still embarrassingly unknowledgeable about the NL. I would like this to be a sustainable addition to the game so we can still look forward to new stars every year. I was super impatient last year because we didn't get Josh Gibson, but I am happy to see they are committed to regular additions.

(I know I mention this just about every time I post on something related to the NL, but everyone really needs to take a trip to KC for the museum. They have an outstanding collection and I can't wait to go back. Plus, you can swing by a Royals game and sit in the front row for like 65 bucks. Can't beat that. Royals can't beat anybody, but you can't beat those prices)

I bet the whole time these guys were playing they were thinking the same thing.

I brought this up last year with the WBC players not affiliated with a team. I wanted to use a lot of the Japanese players but grinding for programs took precedent.

Agreed. There should just be a separate PXP mission for using NLB cards or a voucher.

I haven’t played anyone but those 3 at those positions and earned all 15 points for the tasks.

Are there supposed to be more of these negro league series cards being released? Rube Foster's captain card can't even get to tier 2 the way it is now.

There are 8 new ones,we currently have 4 of them with the other 4 coming in about a month.
The ones from last year will also be in the game but they haven't said how or when on those yet.

I found this out as I did the Storylines last night. Weird how the tier 3 is unavailable ATM. Really weird.

I'd love for them to release something for each negro league team. Collections etc. I love the addition of the negro league and want more.

Honestly, because of the irrelevance of the cards in DD I didn't play the Negro League Storyline other than to get Josh Gibson. Even that sucked when I found out after that I could get the better card in the free pack. Really poor execution.
