Dynamic Difficulty Resets Randomly

So this has now happened to me three times, and twice on back to back days. Yesterday I started an exhibition game and realized that my dynamic hitting difficulty randomly reset back down to beginner. I played a few games and got it back up to around where I was before the reset, but then just now when I went to play another game I noticed that it happened again. Has this happened to anyone else and why would this happen? It's annoying to say the least.

Have had it happen in previous games in RTTS/Player locked games when watching teammates bat before you come up.

It's not in RTTS, it's just when I'll start a new exhibition game sometimes it will randomly reset at the start of the game

I may be mistaken about this but it could just simply be due to playing an exhibition game versus a mode that keeps track of your progression. I’ve always considered that mode to be a one off type of game but I could be wrong as I often am
