Can’t login to companion app

I have linked my account to my show account. but I can not get my account on to the app. it always sends me to safari and I can’t use the app. I play on a Nintendo switch. I have reloaded the app deleted my cache in safari and it has still failed every time. I try to login it says an error has accorded.

Hmmm perhaps try on a different device maybe someone else there at home or a buddies phone - this will at least help to see if it’s just something in your settings or an actual problem with your account. Just a thought. I know personally I once got a little too fast and loose with the ‘experimental features’ in safari and couldn’t get anything to work correctly until I finally disabled the right thing. I know it’s a weak answer but without more details that’s the best I can conjure at the moment but don’t lose hope because there’s a very good chance that when one of the right fellas on here sees your post I’m sure you’ll get some better help than me - I dont even rank as a layman compared to most on here but I wanted to try and give you at least somewhere to possibly start.
