I would like to thank them in this lost season for finally giving Adam Wainwright some run support on a night where he pitched an okay game. And I would like to thank the bullpen for not blowing that lead.
That allowed Wainwright to get his 199th career win. It is his first win since June 17th.
Please do it again for him at least once more this season. At least it would give us Cardinal fans something to be happy about as the season winds down.
