How to get Twitch Elites Drops?

To get the Elite Pack you must watch six 4 hour blocks, with the first five blocks granting you a Standard Twitch Pack, and the last 4 hour block granting you the Elite Pack.
While you are watching you will also gain time to the Daily Twitch Drops Campaign which has six packs that can be earned daily on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Each day you can earn five Standard Twitch Packs by watching 30 minutes, and once earned and claimed, you can earn a Special Twitch Pack by watching another 60 minutes. This campaign resets daily at midnight.
Please note that you MUST claim your back or no new time will be added to unlock your next pack. So, make sure you claim your packs as you unlock them. Additionally, when you do claim, it could take up to 24 hours for packs to appear in your inventory.

I'm having the same exact issue. Twitch shows 50 regular, 6 special and 1 elite. Account is showing 13 regular, 1 special and 0 elite.

Packs could take 24 hours to arrive. If they don't, please submit a ticket.

I been getting mine right away. Got my Elite pack yesterday

A follow-up:
The Elite pack was delivered by noon today.
Both were base packs, but it was still enough for Fernando to join the team.
