I was just wondering why Josh Gibson was left off the roster of players. I grew up thinking of him like he was bigger than babe ruth, but nobody else seems to feel like that.

They said Storylines is a multi-year event & a different cast will be highlighted next year— I assume he will be part of it.

If you're going to stretch the Storylines motif over multiple years (which they said in the outset), it makes sense to save some the stars for the next year.
So we'll get Gibson, Cool Papa Bell, Smokey Joe Williams and all the rest next year.
