I read a post from earlier but the answer didn’t really help me, I’ve reset my season, and no I didn’t read the tutorial or guide so I’m just hoping one of you guys can help me out, still can’t use more than one set 3 in this lineup.
I had a similar problem earlier where every player was getting the Wild Card treatment and it wasn't even in Mini seasons so it has nothing to do with that gameplay option.
Every set 3 card I put in my lineup it kept making them the WC. I rebooted the system and it fixed the "issue".

I’m still kinda feeling out the Wild Card thing too.
I second the motion. For every fart out there (that’s what a fart is isn’t it…sh.t talk from an assh.le) you have 5 who’ll do their best to help. I just started this game last Thanksgiving or thereabouts and they’re all still patiently helping me weekly if not more! There’s good sources of MLB lore here too - true fans of baseball long before they played this game.
@Blind_Bleeder would be on that Mt. Rushmore and I’d personally have to put @fubar2k7_PSN on it too - handier than a pocket on a shirt those guys. I get it though…it’d take a separate thread to list them all (and three to list the farts)

Every time I make even the slightest complaint, I get flamed almost immediately. It is like some people will defend SDS like it is a job. They make zero effort to help.

If this is the case for you it might have something to do with your handle haha. I mean when I just read your post I heard it in the voice of George on Seinfeld and that dude played his part so perfectly!
Hey seriously, as someone who has spent a lifetime as the genesis of complaints (all directed AT me by others), I can assure you that I listen and would never flame you, nor would anyone mentioned in the previous post by @Ericulous1_PSN
When I get flamed I don’t pay it any mind at all. It’s my buddies getting flamed that I have difficulty abiding.

I appreciate the compliment. I may appear new in the forum but I was very active in the days before they went mobile. I just lost my amazingly high reputation being away from 2017-2023. I get annoyed being called a defender. I don’t think the game is perfect or the company is perfect. They have flaws but they’re minor compared to other sports titles and I am smart enough to realize this game is being made by a very small studio of probably less than 100. People either don’t know or forgot this game was exclusive for a reason. Back when EA stole away the NFL license, 2K managed to get a semi exclusive MLB license, semi as in Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo could create their own exclusive MLB game along side the MLB2K game. Thus this game was born from the 989 Sports version they had taken over. Microsoft and Nintendo chose to stick with MLB2K and when this game ran them out of business Sony ended up with the only baseball game in town. The new licensing deal didn’t make the studio grow. They’re still tiny compared to EA and 2K and still have to produce a game in 10 months vs the normal years it takes to make a video game.

I’d just about swear that I saw something recently that had them at like 47 people. If that really were true it would be astonishing to me….so much enjoyment from so few. I’m sure MLB makes sure they get a hefty slice of the pie as well as a big say on what they’re allowed and not allowed to do…yes, speculation but certainly within the realm of reason when you look at their track record (MLB not SDS). Almost makes you understand why they are trying to filter players towards making real money purchases within the game. I’ll never support that (or participate in it) because I’m not that kind of gamer but easily understand why others do and, if so, more power to them…they are helping to make the game better by helping to fund things around the shop.

From what I understand they peaked around 120 when they made other games so 47 for this game alone sounds about right. I would never defend the microtransaction game but I do also realize Microsoft paid a fee to put the game on Game Pass. The fee cannot be as significant as sales figures no matter what any XBox user claims it is because they paid $2.5 million for a game (ARK: Survival Evolved) with millions of users and about 200 people play this game online daily on PlayStation odds are they aren’t even hitting 750 daily across all 3 consoles let alone 8 million that other game hit per day.
