Because SDS choose not to include them for this program, maybe they get cards in set 2.

Sonny gray is more surprising to not get one than Cole. Superstar players don't tend to get POTM cards unless it is the lightning. Cole has plenty of other ways to get a 99

Are you new? Deserving players are often passed over because SDS has already planned for a high overall card outside of POTM, Maybe Team Affinity Stage 2.
