Hoping for something good with today’s headliner

Would be cool if they dropped a card to get people excited a bit. Most of the headliners are decent so far, but nothing really great. We’re heading into a weekend stuck at home during this pandemic.
Last year I think the biggest first drop was a (98) rated Wade Boggs. That was his end game card. Was cool it was just a headliner.
Give us something good SDS!!

They didn't give any hints this week on what position it was. Personally I think it's a flashback 3B a card we haven't seen before

How about Signature Series (98) rated Alan Trammell, considering you guys forgot about him after you released his (94) rated card last year. Everyone got a sig card last year and you forgot about one of the most important players in Detroit’s history. He deserved better than that 94. Especially considering players that weren’t HOFers we’re getting cards rated a lot higher than him in Signature series.
I waited all year for that Trammell card to show up and it never did.
No big deal, just don’t forget about him this year!!

There are only a handful of usable SP in the game right now compared to a plethora of great hitters. Doug Drabek hasn't been in the game since 2017. Jake Peavey, Chris Carpenter, Mark Mulder, Barry Zito...or how about Roy Halladay?

I really liked that 2017 Drabek card. It wasn't particularly dominant, but I was great with him.

If I Recall Boggs was in the 4th set of headliners, so the 7-8th card from headliners. First one was Joe Torre and someone, second was FS Eloy and Vlad, 3rd was hardware dawson. That being said this is about the timeframe that Boggs came out so it should be good today I would think

As a tigers fan I don’t believe trammel had good enough hitting stats to warrant a 99

Trammell's best year was his 94 card last year. You couldn't improve on much for a different card, speed maybe. A little defense otherwise offensively he was at his peak.
