Wil SDS reverse a loss

I received a loss while up 3 -0 and the opponent disconnected. Usually every time it says lost connection with opponent I receive a win. If it disconnects I usually see something like "lost connection with server" and kicks me all the way back before to before the main menu. When it returned to the game summary proving to me I didnt lose connection, I saw I received a loss and a rating decrease. I submitted a ticket with a video of said loss. What are the chances it will be reversed?

Youre on forum for the game bro. What do you expect? You dont need to respond if you dont have anything to offer. If youre one win away from WS a win is kind of a big deal. Also if you burned your best pitcher doing it.

It might be hard to believe, but if you got the loss it was likely you who disconnected. It’s sucks for sure though. Sorry man.

Yes, you have to send a certified letter with your picture explaining why it happened and why it makes you sad. They will reverse the loss in 5 business days.

It’s 2023 and we still have freeze off’s online, SDS can’t even fix that, there’s no way in hell they are capable of reversing results, sorry man.

No chance. You got the loss because somehow the game believes that you are the one that disconnected, not your opponent.
Unfortunately there is no way to prove that it wasn't your connection that dropped.
