I'm missing something with Face Scan.

I upload it. I get a message on app that it was uploaded. I get a message in game that it was received and has been added to the queue for processing in game. But nothing is happening. That's it.
I still show a screen in the game telling me to "Face Scan in the app". In the app, still just the message that it was successfully uploaded. There's no other messages or indications or progress bars for processing. It's been an hour now.
The screen has a message right now saying "Build your ballplayer faster than ever by uploading your photo to the app." Faster? Yeah, it didn't used to take this long lol.
Is it not working or am I missing something? Or what?

Likely an Android user. iOS users are still waiting for the update. I thought I’d be able to use my old Galaxy Note 9 to download the app but nope. Doesn’t run a recent enough version of Android so the app is incompatible with it. Oh well. It is stupid though that it’s not accessible to everyone by now.

I agree it should be accessible everybody by now. I thought they would’ve released it yesterday. Thanks for the help
