The Jeter captain card boosts all Hitting captain cards:

Tier 1 (5 Captains) +5 L/R Contact and +5 Clutch
Tier 2 (8 Captains) +10 L/R Contact and +10 Clutch
Tier 3 (11? Captains) +15 L/R Contact and +15 Clutch
