So I was wondering for all of us who are tired of seeing outlier thrown around. Will Ben Joyce have outlier plus where he throws 105mph?

Hicks was drafted out of high school and Chapman defected from Cuba. Of course Joyce has more SEC championships when the other 2 never went to college, let alone the SEC.
If we're moving the bar to something currently unobtainable, how many World Series rings does he have?
