Any reason I can enter the forum on a laptop but not on my phone?

Did both. Actually the error I get states that the page isnt working and that forums.theshow.com redirected me to many times. The it givve me a blue hyperlink that directs me to how I can clear my cookies. it also states ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS at the bottom with a blue reload button. This is on Google Chrome. Which is the same browser that I use on the laptop.

Is your Chrome sync'ed between laptop and phone? If so, on laptop, try going here: chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=theshow.com and delete everything.

Also on mobile, if that doesn't work, can you try opening https://forums.theshow.com on in incognito window?

No. Theyre not synced. At least I dont think they are synced.. The phone is my personal phone, which Ive had access to the forum up until yesterday, and the laptop is a work laptop.

I was able to access the forum in an Incognito window; but it makes me log in if I exit the window.

I guess that will work for now.

Are you guys making a new forum when 23 releases or will this one stay active?

Any work around for me having to do this in an incognito mode? It's a pain to have to log in, agree to the TOS, and change my display colors EVERYTIME I open the browser.

I'd like to comment on some stuff I experienced playing the Tech Test; but not if I have to do the following steps EVERYTIME I want to access the board.

Open up a browser.
Type in the words: theshownation website
Hold down on the hyperlink to be able to select 'open in an incognito tab'
Click on the Forums tab
Log into my PSN account
Agree to the forum's TOS
Change my screen background for black and teal to black and white.

Rinse and repeat EVERYTIME unless I leave an active tab open on my phone; which I'd rather not do.

Hi, Can you try again? I revoked all your sessions. The thought is that one of those might be what's causing your issue.

Hey Pat, just wanted to let you know that I tried again. I still cant get into the forum via my phone. Only through my work laptop.

I still have to use an incognito tab. But now when I log into my PSN account, i get an error message stating An Error Occurred! Something went wrong. Please check the Community Forums here or report your issue here.

Both 'here's are hyperlinks that take me to the forums, where I can view posts but cant reply and to the Report an Issue section.

I'm going to PM you with some information that may be prevalent. It just may take me awhile to reply
