Pinpoint pitching should be done away with . Turns a 68 rated pitcher into an 85 online,in the right hands. Too many mitigating factors to deal with already in online play.

to be honest pinpoint doesn’t really harm people. The mlb the show hitters are so much better now so without pinpoint I can see 20 runs being scored every game.

It becomes harmful when you have a perfect pinpoint pitch placed in the dirt or extreme off the plate but it goes right down the middle of the plate to get smoked by a 125con 125pwr card lol

Never fun. You don’t happen to be using a pitcher who has a PAR the size of the strike zone, right?

If you are good with pitch sequence and tunneling you can strike out anyone using any type of pitching. It also matters who your facing. Some people are just so good you have to hope they make a lot of mistakes.

Game was on HoF I was pitching Randy Johnson my opponent hit the HR with Ray Durham… I literally aimed the pitch so low you couldn’t see the PAR

To be fair, that Durham card is amazing…..and randy doesn’t even have a RF 99 so his collection 99 is so weak at this point….been seen by everyone for too long….

I agree the card is amazing but the issue is perfectly released pinpoint pitches not going anywhere near the location… Durham is a beast tho lol

Here’s the question tho. Will SDS really make a new pitching mode? Yeah no. None of the other pitching styles would work better than pinpoint. Do you really see pure analog locating better than pinpoint?

I use meter ERA around 2.50 online last I checked . Twilight zone stats.

Every pitching input method will have the same problem.
