Yep still down for me its been about 3 hours for me. I wonder what they are screwing up now that they changed in yesterdays patch but it wasn't in the patch notes. Yesterday after they did the patch I noticed that the music and the announcing was skipping in and out randomly.

close the app and reopen it. had that issue earlier and that's what fixed it
