HR Derby/AS Game Pack issue

So I opened the pack from the extreme conquest map. Never saw who I had to choose and nobody is in my inventory. Any idea what’s up or what I should do next?

If it's the one for the kraken conquest, you get to choose either a HRD pack or ASG pack, then you open that pack and choose your player. Check where you normally go to open your packs.
