Transfer between PS4 to PS5?

If I create a team in The Show 21 on PS4, can you use that team on The Show 22 on PS5? If so, how do I transfer them? Thanks!

No.they havent done year to year saves since the new gen came out.

If you’re referring to DD, you don’t need to xfer, its linked to your psn acct

If you create a team in 21 on PS4, you can use them in 21 on PS5.
