Yeah based on the attributes reveal this is not his best card as well its further proof that the overall rating is subjective an actually means nothing.
So to the "were are all the 99s" or "release higher overalls" OVERALL RATING MEANS NOTHING!!!!!

Idk man for a 99 Griffey I expected more. I’m also on the mindset that 99 cards should be End game and shouldn’t get multiple 99 cards .

He's my favorite player ever and it might be the first card I don't rush to grind. Massive let down.
If he was in the Future Stars program after a week in the bigs he would be 110+ in all the hitting categories...
